To begin, I don't understand how people who have a good mattress "just happen" to find a complaint sure to post approvals... sounds sketchy to me.

I purchased an Englander mattress in February 2015.

I heard 20 years ago it was an awesome mattress. I don't know what's happened since. I too stayed having issues at the 10 month mark. My husband had back pains & I started having neck & shoulder pains.

We called the tech who took pics & measurements within a year of purchase. Just one year I'm ready to throw it out the window! When the tech guy sent the info to the company they ultimately told me "the don't guarantee comfort". Many expletives came to mind.

It's a mattress it isn't supposed to cause you pain. I heard nothing more from them b/c my 1 in sink wasn't enough for them.

I'm just done! Never buying their products again & shame on any store who continues to sell these faulty mattresses.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Location: Miami, Florida

Same here. I have a greater than 1 inch and was told it has to be greater than 2 inches.

Are they serious? Have they ever tried to sleep on a 1inch sag? Also told that the sag has to be due to something other than normal wear and tear. Here is their loophole.

Donโ€™t believe the warranty. It is a scam.

We need to start a class action suit against them.
